### Return Policy for Ventus Portable Vacuum Cleaner

 

**1. Return Period:**

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Ventus portable vacuum cleaner for a full refund or exchange. 

 

**2. Eligibility for Returns:**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

**3. Return Process:**

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@ventuscleaners.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

 

**4. Return Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Ventus Cleaners Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

**5. Refunds:**

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

**6. Exchanges:**

If you need to exchange your product for the same item due to defects or damage, please contact us at returns@ventuscleaners.com. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost once the defective item is returned.

 

**7. Non-Returnable Items:**

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
